Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to dumpster rentals from A&W Dumpster Rentals, Conroe, Texas. By placing an order with us, by phone or online, you agree to the terms below.
RENTALS AND RENTAL PERIODS
Rental periods begin on the day the dumpster is delivered. Standard rental terms are 3 days or 7 days depending on the option selected at booking. Extensions may be available on request and may carry an additional charge. Delivery and pickup dates are estimates and may shift due to weather, road conditions, or route scheduling.
PAYMENT
Payment is due before delivery unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, prohibited materials, extended rentals, dry runs, or excessive wait time, and will be billed after the rental is complete.
PLACEMENT AND ACCESS
You are responsible for providing safe, legal, and clear access to the drop site. You are responsible for any permits required by your city, county, or HOA. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, sidewalks, lawns, sprinkler systems, septic systems, or other surfaces caused by the weight of the truck or container in the course of normal delivery and pickup. If you are unsure about a surface, tell us before delivery and we will discuss options.
PROHIBITED MATERIALS
The following may not be placed in our dumpsters: dirt, concrete, brick, rock, asphalt, trees, stumps, or large brush. Hazardous materials, including paint, solvents, oil, chemicals, batteries, tires, appliances containing refrigerant, and medical waste, are also prohibited. Shingles are accepted in a 15 yard container only, subject to weight limits. If prohibited materials are found in a container, you are responsible for any additional disposal charges, fines, or removal costs.
WEIGHT LIMITS
Each container includes a set tonnage allowance. Loads exceeding the included tonnage are charged at the posted per-ton overage rate. Loads must be level with the top of the container. We cannot legally transport overfilled containers, and a dry run charge may apply if a container cannot be picked up because it is overloaded.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
No refunds are given once a reservation is completed and paid for. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can to accommodate you.
TEXT MESSAGES
If you provide a mobile number, we may text you about your rental. Message frequency varies, typically 2-4 messages per rental. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle mobile information.
LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You are responsible for the container and its contents while it is on your property, including any damage, theft, or unauthorized use.
